Art Facilitators & Creative Demonstration Support
LaLa Speaks Foundation is seeking creative volunteers, art facilitators, and airbrush artists to support upcoming community experiences. This opportunity is ideal for artists or creatives who can help lead simple activities, demonstrate creative techniques, engage youth and families, and bring positive energy to community-centered awareness events.
Responsibilities Include
- Support hands-on creative activities
- Demonstrate art, airbrush, or creative techniques when appropriate
- Engage youth and families in a welcoming way
- Help set up and organize creative materials
- Support the event team with a positive, professional presence

Creative Communications Pathway
Public Relations & Media Outreach Volunteer
Help elevate a growing brain health awareness movement through strategic visibility, outreach, and storytelling support. This volunteer role contributes to public awareness, media outreach, and community amplification tied to Silent Sounds, Loud Impact and other advocacy efforts.
Responsibilities
- Building and updating media lists
- Drafting press pitches and outreach messages
- Identifying podcasts, journalists, and media opportunities
- Supporting publicity for awareness campaigns, events, and advocacy milestones
- Helping shape story angles that increase visibility for the mission

Community Advocacy Pathway
Community Voice Ambassador
Help carry LaLa Speaks Foundation’s mission into families, neighborhoods, workplaces, faith communities, and trusted networks. Community Voice Ambassadors share Foundation approved awareness information, support community connection, and help expand meaningful advocacy in ways that respect their availability, comfort, and personal boundaries.
- Share approved awareness, campaign, and event messages.
- Invite others to public Foundation resources and opportunities.
- Identify trusted community connections and outreach opportunities.
- Support selected events, campaigns, or behind the scenes activities.
- Offer feedback about community needs and barriers to awareness.
Ideal For: Survivors, caregivers, family members, loved ones, advocates, and community supporters who sincerely want to advance brain aneurysm awareness. Personal storytelling is always optional.
Event Logistics & Setup Support
Help prepare for LaLa Speaks Foundation community events, activations, and awareness experiences by supporting setup, breakdown, materials, signage, tables, supplies, and behind-the-scenes logistics.
- Assist with event setup and breakdown
- Set up tables, banners, signage, and materials
- Help organize supplies and event flow
- Support light lifting and movement of materials when needed
- Help the event space look organized, welcoming, and mission-ready
Ideal for: dependable, hands-on volunteers who are comfortable supporting behind-the-scenes event preparation.
Event Day Guest Support
Support LaLa Speaks Foundation during community events and outreach activations by helping guests feel welcomed, informed, and supported throughout the experience.
- Help with check-in and guest direction
- Greet attendees and provide basic event information
